Welcome to the SaveThatDough website sponsored by SaveThatDough, a limited liability corporation located at 1223 Hill Street #8, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using our web application (the “Dough Web App”) or accessing and using our Website (the “Site”), you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) and agree to be bound by these Terms, and to comply with all laws and regulations governing use of our Website, our Web App and our other services (all also referred to as our “Services.”

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time by posting such changes to our Website. Any change will be prospective only, unless retroactive effect is legally required. Your continued use of our Services will mean your acceptance of any new or changed terms. Your use of the National Loan Database and loan servicer sites and services are subject to the separate terms and conditions governing those accounts and loan agreements.

SAVETHATDOUGH LLC IS NOT A BANK, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, FINANCIAL OR SECURITIES BROKER OR ASSET MANAGER. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOAN DECISIONS AND YOUR DECISION TO USE OUR SERVICES.

Description of Services

When you sign up to use our Dough Web App and sign into the National Loan Database or manually enter your loan information, your loan information is populated into our site and will auto populate and remain there unless you request for it to be purged. The Web App will provide you with a dashboard to view your loans and provide a few tools to learn about loan changes. This information is for educational purposes ONLY.

Fees

There is currently no fee to use our Dough Web App. In the future, this will be subject to change.

When we decide to change our fee structure, we will notify you thirty (30) days in advance by sending an email to the email address in your registration profile. We do not currently ask for payment information but will do so when the fee structure changes.

Software Licenses

Any Software that is accessed from the Site is the copyrighted work of SaveThatDough LLC or our licensors. You may not use any Software, unless you agree to the applicable License Agreement. Any use of Software not in accordance with the License Agreement(s) is prohibited by law and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

For any Software not accompanied by a License Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to operate the Software solely for viewing and using the applicable Services for noncommercial and personal use only in accordance with these Terms, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any Software. You may not modify or create any derivative works of any Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any Software.

Restrictions and Conditions of Use

You will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited in these Terms or the Software License Agreements. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage or impair any SaveThatDough server, or the network(s) connected to any SaveThatDough server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, Accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any SaveThatDough server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. Any hacking or illegal activities will be immediately reported by us to law enforcement.

Ownership

The Site and Services, including, without limitation, all Software contain copyrighted Content, trademarks and other proprietary information (including, without limitation, images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and applets incorporated into the Software and character data). The entire contents of the Site and Services and each area contained therein are copyright protected as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. SaveThatDough (or its licensor(s)) owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such Content. You acknowledge that SaveThatDough or third-party licensors remain the owners of all right, title, and interest, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, in and to all Content posted on the Site and Services, and derivative works thereof, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading or otherwise accessing such Content.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect users of the Site and Services to do the same. Pursuant to 17 United States Code 512(c)(2) (Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998), if you believe that any use of the Site or Services constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notice to us at catalina.dough@gmail.com. The notice must contain the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf; (b) description of the copyrighted work(s) that is/are allegedly being infringed; (c) the location of the allegedly infringed work(s); (d) your current contact information (e.g. address, phone number, and e-mail address); (e) a statement that you have a “good faith belief” that the use of the complained-of copyrighted work(s) is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement by you signed under penalty of perjury that all the information you provide in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Termination of Account

We have the right to terminate or suspend, and you have the right to cancel, your Account(s) at any time. You understand and agree that, except as expressly provided by law, the cancellation of your Account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) these Terms or our enforcement or application of these Terms; (2) the Content or Services available through the Site or any change in such Content; or (3) your ability to access or use the Services. You can cancel your Account(s) for a Service by following the procedures made available with the applicable Service or Site.

Promotions, Contests and Referral Rewards

From time to time, we may offer promotional events, contests and referral rewards programs for our members and the specific terms and conditions for these programs will accompany their announcement. You authorize us to contact you about these programs via email and to otherwise contact you via email should an issue arise with your Account.

No Minors

Our Services are not offered to or available to any persons under the age of 18. Warranties, Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations of Liability We warrant the Services on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis for your use, without express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind.

We warrant that we provide the Services on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not warrant that you will be able to access or use the Services always or at all locations of your choosing, or that we will have adequate capacity for the Services or in any specific geographic area always or any time. We do not warrant any connection to, transmission over, or results or use of, any network connection or facilities provided or failed to be provided through the Site or Services. You are responsible for assessing your own computer and transmission network needs, and the results to be obtained there from.

WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU FROM DELAYS,ERRORS, SYSTEM DOWN TIME OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH US IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE, AND TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT(S). WE DO NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVETHATDOUGH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIEGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT AND SERVICES AVAILABLE.

ON THIS SITE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SAVETHATDOUGH OR AN AUTHORIZED SAVETHATDOUGH REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue

Our Terms are interpreted under and governed by Michigan law. Jurisdiction and venue for any claims or lawsuits arising hereunder is in the state or federal courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
